To discover which trends will flourish over the year 2015, I asked the web design team at Technext, a professional website design company. We've predicted some killer web design trends which will be popular in 2015.

1. The Dawn of Material Design - top web design trends in 2015

We will see design inspired from Google's Material design language, Meaning full "z" index in web page and interactive animations.
“Material,” to quote their brief, “is the metaphor. A material metaphor is the unifying theory of rationalized space and a system of motion. Our material is grounded in tactile reality, inspired by our study of paper and ink, yet open to imagination and magic.”
Websites will not just flat for the sake of being flat, a design based on classic principles of material design. You can "Materialize" your website for 2015 trend.

2. Minimalistic - "Less is more"

Responsiveness - Design a Mobile Friendly HTML5 Template.

The leading web design trend is responsive web design. Lot of people visit websites from their mobile phones, tablets and iPads. So it's extremely important to make your HTML5 template responsive and mobile friendly.

If you are a webmaster, you already know that Google webmasters recommend you to validate the code. Google ranks your website well if the code is 100% validated.

SEO Friendly - Make your client's life easier.

While we surf the internet, we see that many websites don't have SEO friendly title and meta tags! So who are stupid, you or your clients? Off course its you, because it's your job to add the seo title and meta tags in the website or ask your clients know about it.

You design well, you a great developer! You shouldn't make this mistake. It costs a lot to your client. So while designing a responsive HTML5 template, you should make the HTML5 template SEO friendly.

Well Documented Code - It should be your passion.

As a great designer or web developer, it should be your passion. You need to document the code well.
